General FAQ

1.Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, orders take 1–3 business days to process. Once shipped, delivery to the United States usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Currently, we primarily focus on the US market. If you are located elsewhere, please contact our support team to check if shipping is available to your region.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

2.Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

Please contact us at spport@sharluv.com with your order number. We will provide instructions on where to send your package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3.Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal to ensure a secure checkout experience.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

4.Product & Quality

Are the products true to size?

Most of our items follow standard US sizing. We highly recommend checking the Size Chart on each product page before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
