2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) China Standard Time (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Handling Time: All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

Since we ship our products from our fulfillment centers in China to provide the best value, transit times vary by destination:

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website’s tracking page or via international carrier websites (e.g., 17track). Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. International Taxes, Duties, and Fees

For most international shipments, orders are delivered “Duties & Taxes Unpaid” (DDU). The recipient is responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes that may be applied by the destination country’s customs office. However, for most small consumer packages, these fees are rarely applicable.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses.
