2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Sent back in all original packaging.

  • Shipped with tracking and signature confirmation.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the item is damaged upon arrival or you received the wrong product, Sharluv will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and cover all costs.

  • Customer Remorse: For returns due to personal preference (e.g., style, size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated customs duties or taxes.

4. How to Start a Return
